It is very repetitive, and although that's alright for a bit, it does get a bit draining - especially considering my brain is more focused on wanting to heal. The things explained were, luckily enough, already in my knowledge. It's a good book if you have health anxiety, though, and have no idea where to start reading. But for me, I did not finish it, due to the repetitive state
