Irina Evgenievna Raksha - prose writer, screenwriter, member of the Union of Journalists (since 1965), member of the Union of Writers (since 1969), member of the Board of the Moscow city organization of the Union of Writers of Russia.
Born in Moscow, in a family of employees. The writer spent her childhood on the outskirts of the capital in Ostankino, where she studied at secondary and music schools.
Irina studied at the agricultural faculty at the Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. In 1967 she graduated from VGIK, scriptwriting faculty (1961-1967). Thesis - a collection of film short stories. 1974 - 1975 - Higher literary courses of the Literary Institute named after V.I. M. Gorky.
