Vikings turned shifters find their mates in the modern world.
A Viking ship hit by lightning turns the crew into shifters of the creatures whose parts are used in their clothes and flings them into the future but one is out for revenge.

Immortal Viking wolf shifter Erik now runs a company that makes sail boats and when his partner in the business makes a bet with him he finds himself attending a speed dating meeting. Bailey knows nothing of her past as she was adopted when very young but she has this strange magic that fails more than it works and she stopped aging when she was in her twenties. She had felt drawn from her cabin to this area but she has no idea why then she sees a queue on the opposite side of the road and wonders what it is for but so finds herself watching across to it. Bailey finds herself standing by a large blonde man who she has a strange reaction to but is interrupted by a car honking. A dog is about to be run over but she uses her magic and to her surprise it works saving the dog. When she turns back to the queue it has moved on and there is no sign of the man she had been drawn to so she joins the queue in the hope of finding him again.

The person who he uses to help fix problem suggest he acquire a fake fiancee and puts forward the idea of asking his assistant Alice.

This kindle unlimited quick read brings the overarching arc to a conclusion as it explores how we carry our past relationships with us through our lives. Filled with some beautiful 'it takes one to know one' moments, this book has a lot of characters at various stages of healing.

Once again Juniper Hart has taken one of her series and given us a boxset, making it convenient for anyone waiting until the entire series was finished in order to binge without waiting for the next release. "Viking Mates" includes:
1. THE WITCH AND THE WOLF
'The Witch and the Wolf' is the first book in the 'Viking Mates' series and what a beginning it is!! I've always enjoyed Juniper Hart's books, and this one is no exception. I felt like there was a bit more to this book than her previous books I've read, maybe because I'm a HUGE Viking, Berserker, Shifter fan, but I felt like this one knocked it out of the park. The chemistry between Erik and Bailey was hot, intense, and fate-induced. Her side characters had just as much personality making me want to know their stories as well. The plot flowed through seamlessly, building throughout the story. This was an adventure I'm glad I didn't miss.
2. CLAIMED BY THE BEAR
Our hero, Bjorn, is an immortal bear shifter. He tends to stay to himself, only going to Whispering Springs when it's absolutely necessary. On one of these trips, he sees Clara and has an instant attraction to her. He also notices a berserker bear shifter from his past, Bolverkr, who is showing an interest in her as well. Bjorn knows immediately that he must protect her at all cost and tries to get Clara to go with him, to no avail. He ultimately winds up knocking her out and kidnapping her. There is a great deal of chemistry that comes with a fate-induced mate and Juniper Hart knows how to convey that. With all the drama, tension, misunderstandings, and lack of communication, we wind up with an action-packed story. I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
3. FAKE IT FOR THE BEAR
Brynjar, aka Bryn, was suffering from being in the wrong place at the wrong time. A one-thousand-year-old immortal Viking bear shifter, Bryn was on his way to a friend's house for dinner when he was involved in an automobile accident. He walked to town to find a phone and saw a group of businessmen in front of a warehouse and decided to ask them. Yeah, not a good idea. Just as he arrived so did the police and Bryn was arrested with the others for gambling and soliciting a prostitute. The publicity was doing major damage to his business and a quick fix was needed immediately. It came in the form of asking his employee to become his fake fiancée with the understanding he would take care of her and her daughter, Rose, for the rest of her life. What single mother could turn that down? Now it becomes a case of "the best-laid plans of a bear and woman". The emotional rollercoaster starts when feelings of anger, lust, and then betrayal get thrown in the mix. There are drama and danger that come into play which only adds to it. Don't forget to add the chemistry between these two and it became a page-turner.
4. SECOND CHANCE DRAGON
Whether you binge or you just want the boxset for your collection, I found a number of hours of enjoyment in this series and I'm sure you will too.

I enjoyed this series that takes Vikings, shifter, and modern life and mixes it altogether into a fun series
The Witch and the Wolf
The main characters made me laugh and groan at their antics. Add in a bit of mystery and danger of a crazy person and I thought it was a fun quick read that entertained me. I liked the basic setup of the story and series and look forward to what happens next and to see if Erik and Baily show up again. I liked the mix of Vikings and shifters too.

It is finally time for Bjorn story and it was amusing and fun to read. Bjorn was a blast as the hot silent type and Clara the typical modern talkative woman. They were a hoot together as danger lurks around Clara and Bjorn decides to save her after seeing her for the first time. Love at first sight with a paranormal twist.
Fake it For the Bear
Brynjar is a hot rich shifter in New York who runs into trouble and ends up with a fake fiancee. But of course they are both attracted to each other and thus starts a fun story fun of fun scenes, misunderstandings and a bit of a clueless couple. It was hot with a bit of danger but it made me laugh out loud. Just another good story in this series with great character.

Finally we get to read the captain from long ago. It is about Thorsten and Edith and the story was cute, hot and made me laugh out loud a few times. I totally enjoyed this set of books, they don’t let you down and keep your interest throughout.
The Witch and the Wolf: I totally loved this fantastic book. I loved the magic, the suspense, the descriptions throughout, and the intrigue. I could not stop reading this book once I got started. This author has such an amazing imagination, I don’t know how she does it. Always something new, I can’t wait for the next one.
Claimed by the Bear: Once again Juniper Hart doesn’t disappoint. She has another outstanding book. I loved how Bjorn acted with only Clara’s safety in mind. I loved the way the relationship between them evolved. So much action, passion, and suspense. I couldn’t put it down, I was hooked from the very beginning.
Fake it for the Bear: I loved this outstanding book. Everything Alice went through a how she acted is how I think anyone would act when given the same circumstances. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time, that’s what happened to Brynjar. I totally enjoyed reading this book, I couldn’t put it down from the very first page. I totally wanted it not to end.
Second Chance Dragon: This book is so full of action and packed with suspense, intrigue and surprises. I’m so glad I was able to meet Edith, I heard so much about her in the previous books. I thought Thorston was a great character such an intriguing personality. Loved the ending made me smile.

Viking mates shifter romance collection review!
The first story starts off with vikings on a ship leaving England , then it skips nearly a thousand years into the future. I get a little confused at the sudden jump but soon get completely lost in the intriguing story and constantly want to know about Erik and Bailey.
Erik was once an ordinary man/Viking and then one fateful day a storm came and he changed into an immortal with the ability to turn into a wolf.
The second book following Bjorn and Clara and it’s just as wonderful.
Book 3 was just as good as the others . Such a fantastic little book collection.
Overall this was a super collection of series and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire thing.
I loved the fast feelings they all felt for each other, how they knew they belonged together . Such wonderful stories, I loved it.

It is a well written set of stories with good storylines, that kept me turning pages.
Each one pulls you into the lives of the characters and the ones they love. They will do whatever is necessary to keep everyone safe. Safe from the mean and evil Berserker Bolverkr who caught sight of the Vikings' Mates in every story. It began al Centuries ago after a storm and every Viking changed in a Shifter. They threw him overboard into the icy sea. How could he survive that!!!
How will this end, will they be able to get everything straight and can they save all there love ones from Bolverkr. Bye, read and enjoy. I enjoyed them and I'm happy to recommend this Collection. I've reviewed each book separately a time ago.

This extremely written 4 book series in the Viking Mates Book Series was intriguing and has exceptionally well-thought out scenes, 3, and storylines. These characters have very strong personalities with believable interactions. These wonderful stories have the following: intrigue, twists, turns, adventure, action, danger, love, steam and a HEA. These are well-paced, great shifter books that will keep you entertained from start to finish. I am will be on the lookout for books and series by this Author. A must read collection.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Viking Mates by Juniper Hart is a four book collection of yummy reads. I read them as individual title releases and absolutely loved them. I especially enjoyed that each book gives you a different point of view of the night they were on the boat and how it the story backbone unfolded. Juniper Hart once again proves a master of her craft weaving an addictively compelling set of reads that will keep you riveted to your seat. Grab your favorite beverage, a comfy seat and a Do Not Disturb sign... You've been warned!

Four Vikings, during a storm at sea, become immortal bear shifters, with one crewman turning into a berserker. Centuries later, the four are finding their mates while the berserker is after them and anyone they care for. The suspense will keep you on the edge of your seat. Loved the details that made me feel like I was there. The twists and turns keep the romances in a wild roller coaster ride of emotions. The stories are well worth reading again and again.

An excellent set of four books with Vikings who had become immortal shifters due to a freak weather occurrence a thousand years ago. These books feature their fight to safeguard their future and those that they love from a rogue immortal hunting them who is willing to destroy anyone who gets in the way of his revenge against the four men he considered to have wronged him. An original storyline with interesting characters and exciting action scenes. Very glad that I picked this up!

Erik, Thorsten, Bjorn, and Brynjar have been immortal for over 1,000 years. The last time they were together, the 4 manhandled Bolverkr the Berserker over the side of their ship. They thought he had died in the freezing waters. In turn, each of these Viking men is visited by Bolvekr in his bear form as he attempts to take their mates. These 4 stories are full of action, romance, steam, and each ends in a HEA. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this series as they are all of different shifters along with story lines. Time lines are also great. You get to know each couple in a good way and see how each shifter is very different from the others. You do not have to worry about not getting a good read from these are they are all just great. Dive in and check out the stories and learn how each couple compliments each other.

Ok, so I know anthologies are pretty much made up of novellas and short stories, so I don’t read many of them. I’m a fan of novellas as I feel the stories get rushed much of the time. This one was also disappointing. I liked the prologue of the anthology and meeting the characters in the first story. I even liked the first meeting. It was after that where things changed for me and I just couldn’t get through the rest. It wasn’t for me. DNF.

An interesting set of four stories about how a group of shifters was created and given eternal life, and a bit about Norse mythology too.
Four tales that follow four shifters and one fae all created from humans at the same time. Interesting and intriguing tales, each with a romance at the end, and all containing the same evil bear shifter, and finally his end as the Norse goddess Sif appears to take him away.

A great collection of 4 stories in a box set. As you can see from the multitude of reviews, this was a wonderful read, with great characters, plots and touched with humour. All perfect for any story that keeps you reading. These were well written and were exciting to read in one sitting.
