Sabina has been hiding her true identity for eight years when the past comes back to claim her. Soldiers raid her town for slaves—and the king recognizes her as the only woman he ever loved. Sabina knows she can never be with the king, but can she bear the physical and mental torture of revenge from a sovereign who will not take no for an answer?
Hmmm… the story had a lot of good plot, but I felt it was missing something? The FMC, Sabina, was a bit annoying, the King (MMC) Aboloft, was an interesting character with a lot of alpha energy 😅
Ive read some of Kimi’s contemporary romance as well, which also had good storylines, but writing style wasn’t my favourite. However, I’m not a writer and I know it’s hard to get ideas down on to paper so still kudos! And still a good story!
