This book is about the author, Arthur Conan Doyle. I picked this book because of my interest in the Sherloch Holmes stories. He created the character, but felt that it took to much time away from other things. He once wrote Sherlock's demise, but after harsh criticisms continued the stories by changing the ending. The book was very interesting to read. The author had many accomplished publications. The few pictures were not very clear. I did like the writing style of the author, Cynthia Adams. It was an easy read.
