For years she loved a man who was incapable of loving her back. Pain and constant yearning became her life until she said enough. She refused so suffer any further, now she wanted a life and now she was going to get one. Her whole life she'd never run until now, and now she was making the rules.
He'd loved her ever since he set eyes on her, but she was out of his reach. His past was bleak and he couldn't drag her into his mess. So he did the honourable thing and stayed away. Shame no one else thought it was honourable. His club was splintering, sides were being taken and he knew it was his fault.
When she returns, she's different, more distant and he realises he's lost her forever. Even worse a man has followed her home. Two sides of him warring, one to claim and one to protect. But it's not going to be easy, not when she becomes a victim and his urge to protect is stirred. He failed her twice, he won't fail her again. The question is, can she forgive him?
I was born in 1974 in Dagenham, Essex, England! I moved out of Essex in 2002 and moved to South Yorkshire and then settled in Derbyshire in 2005.
I've got four sons, one daughter and seven cats! I'm still working out who is more trouble, the children or cats! My children and I love cooking together, movie nights and music.
I've written stories ever since I was thirteen but I never had the courage to publish one before. But we all know the famous song... This is me, from the Greatest Showman. It gave me courage to Indie publish and be myself! Never under estimate the power of a good song!
My favourite holiday is Halloween and I'm known as the crazy lady in my street when Halloween hits! My love of Halloween even carries over to Christmas when, alongside my big "normal" tree I also have a Jack Skeleton tree!
My favourite movies vary, Star Wars, LOTR, Pirate Movie, Amazing Mr Blunden, Phantom of the Opera, Memphis Belle., finally Olympus/London has Fallen. Music depends on my mood, country, pop, classical, even bagpipes!
Rage MC is the first series I've Indie published and lots more Rage MC books will follow. I have several other series' I'm working on as well. I loved this one. It made my jaw drop. At the beginning of this book was wow and to see him finally pull his head out of his ass. I can't wait to read the next book.
I feel like we have been heading towards this book since the series started. I have really liked Sylvie from the start and it was hard seeing her keep getting turned away from Apache time and time again. I didn't begrudge her the break she took from Rage or how she started to pull back from the club when she returned.
There were a lot of harsh truths that came out in this one, first being how Sylvie was really treated by the brothers of the MC. In their eyes they were treating her good, until the old ladies pointed out some very obvious facts. I was glad to see all of them hang their heads in shame. Because even as this was going on, Sylvie still had their backs and almost died trying to protect them, something the brothers needed to see and realize.
The one who woke up the most was Apache. I was a bit torn at this point that he was finally ready to claim Sylvie, wasn't sure he deserved someone so great. Then when we found out why he kept pushing Sylvie away, it made me feel a bit better, but there had to be a better way to deal with things.
Ace found out some things about himself and didn't handle it well. It annoyed me how he trusted a stranger, but not his family, those that had his back his whole life. I'm glad that his eyes were opened quickly.
Then we had the police of the city. Some found out that you can only push Rage so far, that if you work with them, they will work with you. A couple of them found out that those in blue didn't quite have their backs quite the way Rage did and let their feelings be known in a big way. I was glad to see that Ramirez and Ben were both shown the love and that finally Ben "got it".
The bad past of Rage seems to be rearing it's ugly head again. Not sure what is going on and if certain people can be trusted, but it looks like there is more trouble brewing and it might not end well for every one.
As much drama went on in this one, there were happy times, babies, so many babies. Nice to see and nice to see the whole MC happy about each and every one of them.

Extremely cruel I don’t believe in this kind of love, don’t believe in this MC club either, He whores around for 20 years, heroine is a 35 year old virgin because she is waiting for him while seeing him with different women But that is not the worse, the worse is that the club treat her like a club girl, without the sex but like she never mattered. The club is rich, the members too but she lives in a shithole for 20 years and nobody know because simply don’t care, The club didn’t know she has no family, what her dreams are or anything but she is loyal to the club, honestly, reading the first and the second book I never thought this shit was gonna be like this, I’ve read a few books from the author out of order and she likes to make the heroines suffer in extreme but this is just cruel and the message ridiculous, The couple are not even friends and they don’t talk to each other after half of the book and they only did it because, of course, she was almost dead by a rival, Then H say that she is his and that’s it, I vomit, she didn’t and said yes to everything
Cruel man, cruel club The women were good but they let this happen for a long time and that’s not ok, I’d never let that happen to a friend, never
No! No! No! Apache didn't deserve Sylvie. After everything that Apache did to her she deserved someone more worthy of the love she has to give. I was rooting for her and Brady but of course that wasn't going to happen. Apache may have had a reason for what he was doing but for me it wasn't good enough for the years of heartache he put Sylvie through. Ace's mom being alive, so what if Apache would have just told him the truth. I didn't get what all the secrecy was about. He had proof of what had been happening and yet he used it as the reason that he had to protect them. Why didn't he trust the MC to help keep them safe? Also what's all the secrecy with Ghost? Will we find out what that is about. How long are we going to drag out on weather or not Harley comes out of his coma?
Elizabeth I gog so deep into this just couldn't gk to bed before finishing it... they deserve their Happy ever after. Please get Harley awake its breaking the MC 's hearts... 5 + stars fantastic
This book explains so much. Hell who'd have thought Apache wasn't just a douche bag but a douche bag for a reason. This book dragged me all over the place, just when I thought I'd worked out where Elizabeth was going BAM... complete change of direction and you're left with your jaw on the floor. Favourite characters re-appear and my favourite James makes a guest appearance. Can't wait for his book. Apache's past comes back to haunt in him a big way, while Drake struggles with Harley being in a coma and Ace upsets RCPD. Ramirez shows he's got a backbone and Silvie tears up Rage without meaning to. And....... to add to all that more bodies drop, a hostile biker gang, and old ladies on the warpath!
This was action packed and while I've always admired Elizabeth's idea of family she goes one step further in this book. Lots of twists and turns, loads of surprises and a happy ever after that both parties deserve. And babies! There's more Rage babies... no spoiler on whose! Elizabeth's books are getting stronger and I'm thoroughly loving the Rage world.
You’ve done it once again. Wonderful book that I couldn’t put down. Finally Sylvie gets her happy ever after and proves that she is “Rages” heart and soul.
This book was fun to write but didn't turn out according to plan. Apache and Silvie wanted to write their own story and so they did. The twist at the end with Apache and Ace... readers may not have seen coming but as the author I most certainly did not! In my mind that was the furthest thing from the plot I'd planned!!!! Telling you all, Apache and Ace wrote that scene themselves!
I loved Brady as a character and he'll get his own HEA, Brady is the type of guy we all want. And badass in his own way. And I've a huge love of New Orleans, my children and I are planning a trip there in several years and I felt it was a place Silvie would run to, to find herself again.
Elu came across a little lost despite my planning her to be completely evil and manipulative, but everyone has a good and bad side. We just happened to see her bad side mixed with vulnerability. I didn't get a chance to write more about Elu because Silvie dismissed her so thoroughly! Not worth our time!
Hope you enjoy the book, because as much as it may surprise you, it surprised me. These Rage men and women are writing themselves, despite what the poor author might wish! Lol.
This book gave me a heart attack I couldn't stop reading until I found out if she was okay I couldn't get to sleep until after 0200am. It was so good but it was sad too. I felt so sorry for Apache not been able to be with the women that he loved because he wanted to protect her from his wacked ex and the mother of Ace. Finally all the secrets are out and there is nothing stopping them and he has no excuse not to be with the women that he loves thank god but there is a little unanswered question of who the heck is Ghost in all of this but I'm sure that we're going to see him sometime. I loved how the old ladies stud up to them sick of al of the bull they do not including them on important decisions so funny they can't live without there women. Everyone is knocked up to what the heck in the drinking water round there
I did not take to this story as much as the others. Possibly it was because I had taken a dislike to Apache's character based upon the first few books. Apache had kept Sylvie at bay for 20 years until she couldn't take any more. The reason given in this story to justify it just didn't sit right with me and in my opinion wasn't enough to make up for the damage done to her. Bringing in characters from Apache's past also made a poor plot in order to validate his reasoning. It was an extremely shallow insert.
Whereas the former books were focused on the main couple and the MC, I feel as though the stories are now taking a darker turn and the witty dialogue and episodes seem to be disappearing. I do hope this is not a trend, but gets back to the family orientated club.
I have been waiting to get to this story for a while. I was expecting angst galore and all kinds of drama since Silvie has been in love with Apache for 20 years, and he her but he would never claim her but was with OW in front of her over the years. But that wasn't really what I got. I was a bit disappointed. I thought Apache's reasons for not claiming Silvie were kind of BS and not really valid considering the age of people. Also, Silvie has been with this MC for years and no one knew or cared where she lived? These overprotective, up in everyone's business, men didn't know where she lived? Or anything about her at all? In all the other books she was the ultimate Old Lady, without and old man, and everyone loved her. She dated Gunnar. She was 35 and a V? None of this was believable.
Finally! Silvie and Apaches story is here. We discover why Apache kept Silvie at arms length even though he loved her and after seeing how his ex wife acted and lied to Ace, no one can doubt why he took the route he did. If they had got together earlier, Elu would have wrecked their lives over and over.
Annoyed at Ace for doubting Apache, Ace reacted instead of thinking and I was disappointed but happy they worked it out.
My heart stopped in my mouth with Silvie's accident. What the ever loving hell? And the ending, bodies turning up from Rage's past. Someone's telling tales!
The Hope of Rage follows Silvie and Apache as Sylvie finally decides to move on with her life leaving Apache in the past until an event causes everything to change. I had been really looking forward to Silvie’s story being told, she’s been one of my favourite characters from the start and I absolutely loved this book. This book also saw a lot of progress with the storyline that has been running through the books and some answers are finally given but leave more questions in their wake. Overall, this was a throughly enjoyable read and one I would recommend.
There are times names are switched like Dark Souls of Lucifer then Dark Souls of Satan. It's kind of funny at this point after all these books there is at least one such wording scenario. Well, this book is awesome. Silvie is a lot more loving and forgiving than most women would be. Apache has good reason for staying away from Silvie and the reason will shock you. There are some sad scenes and a couple of funny ones.
OMG!! IT'S ABOUT DAMN X!! Apache is being a royal stupid asshole!! After everything that happened 2 a innocent woman, he finally wakes up and tries 2 start taking action!! I understand now why he took so long but Ace needs 2 get his head out of his ass like Apache does!! Hopefully, he gets the surprises he's always wanted but 2 damn chicken 2 fight 4 until he looses everything including himself. I was shocked
So much happened in this story. All the legitimate MCs stood together to go after Santos and a bad gang. Blood shed and surprises. The cops stuck by Tonio and did the right thing. See what happens when more allies are aligned. Check out everything Silvie went through.
This one was hard going, I loathed Apache for how he treated Sylvie and wanted her to find someone else, but n the end he’s perfect for her, once he admits what’s holding him back it turned into a sweet relationship. I love how loyal the Ol ladies are to their own.
Finally Silvia got her man. It was great to see Apache realise his woman was right for him. I waited so long for the book and it didn’t disappoint at all. I love the whole family orientation around the rage Mc and can’t wait to read more.
This love story was a long time coming. Silvie loved Apache for 20 years before he did something. In this book we found out why. I really enjoyed this book look forward to the next in the series.
Yet an another amazing book by Elizabeth N.Harris, just love the Rage mc, fantastic characters and amazing storylines that keep you gripped from beginning to end.
We finally get Silvie and Apache story and there happy ending. I was actually hoping she would end up with James or someone else. Looking forward to more books.
Loved all the books. Just want to know when more are coming out? I need answers. You are a wonderful author. New to me, but I will read anything you write.
I was so sad at the beginning of the book then after tears and sobs I felt better. It took so long I didn’t think it would happen. It’s amazing how the stories work.
I just loved reading how Silvie and Apache finally find their path forward. The way the author also includes the rest of Rage MC seamlessly is beautiful.
