Dharmendra Rai points out how Traditional Economics is about how people SHOULD behave, whereas Behavioral Economics is about how people ACTUALLY behave. The book covers powerful strategies shared with very relevant and relatable examples, that actually defy common sense as well as intuition. Explained in simple lucid style makes it appear as if the author is having a one-to-one conversation with you.
Dharmender has very vividly explained key 'Invisible' selling tools that can be used by anyone to literally optimise their sales process. Explained with easy to understand examples, this book is a must read for anyone into sales!
Everyone has to sell ! Whether it is an executive from a Fortune 500 company , a Unicorn or a Startup . Dharmendra has shared his ideas on the science of selling so eloquently that the concept sticks to your mind like a limpet & you are ready to implement it anywhere at any target group . Whether that group consists of 1 person or a million . Scaling up & down is very easy with the concepts of behavioural economics mentioned in his book
Behavioural Economics is the science of persuasion . Daniel Kahneman , Richard Thaler & Dan Ariely are great authors & researchers . Dharmendra Rai is an excellent communicator & implementor . He has deeply understood these strategies & has used them frequently in his own career thus he is able to bring a laser sharp lucidity & liveliness to these strategies that motivates you to use these strategies as soon as you put down the book
This book is the worst book I’ve ever read. Period. On so many levels. The content is weaker than anything I could imagine. Never seen so much fluff on 100 pages (font size at least 20). The print is full of mistakes in punctuations etc. I’m feeling bad for the trees that were cut off for a book of this quality.
One plus-point. The image of the author looks good - he seems to be a nice guy. That’s it…
