Another great anthology by K G Karunathlaka. This is a unique book among his anthologies because it has more American short stories. The book was originally published in 1995, during a time where SL readers were not that familiar with American literature. Hence this was a significant piece of work. He has stated in the prologue of this book on his desire to introduce more great American authors to the general public but unfortunately with Karunathilaka's demise, it never came to fruition.
