The Author Ida Green gives basic facts of Anger. I am not sure, if the facts are correct, but this is something simple to start.

Well -- if you desire to want to get a vocabulary for emotions. And if you have no clue about naming them at all. Most likely Men are likely to be that way. It baffles me. I'd recommend this book for people who are robots or blank slate in the area of Emotions, Feelings.

"Emotions are the music of our life, if we are able to tune them well, we can play our life with vivid colorful expressions."

Technical book about anger management in less than 100 pages. It was a beautiful and applicable book.
