Perfect for fans of Hallmark movies and sweet romances.
I loved my armchair travel to Aster Island to check-in with everyone in Peony Harbor!
Book 2 in the series seamlessly continues with a focus on Eloise’s daughter, Angelica. She has returned to Tuscany and to Luca. It continues to be an absorbing and spellbinding tale with a touch of personal development, romance, and a second chance at love. Summers’ character development is fantastic; rich, loveable, relatable, and realistic people. It was great getting a chance to know them better and see them struggle with real life decisions. They are characters that you would love to meet in real life. Summers’ writing style will pull you into the story and the natural conversations and chemistry between the characters will keep you reading.
I can’t wait to see how the plot develops in the sequel. This book finishes with a feelgood ending and I need to know if Angelica has made the right choice for herself!
Watch out for Escape to Peony Harbor in August 2021.

I really enjoy this series and can't wait to read the 3rd book. The books are best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and series.
I thoroughly enjoyed Coming Home to Pearl Harbor. It’s a really good story about family and friends and finding out where, what, and who is important to you. It was the first of the Peony Harbor books I have read and now am looking forward to reading the others.
