This is an excellent book that delves into the new construct that business face social ethics as it relates to overall performance. Paine provides data that shows how ethics has positive impact on performance of a company but is also honest in stating that ethical decisions, when considered to be correct, do not provide immediate positive financial impact.

I would recommend this book to any individual in business.
