I had to read this for class but honestly if you starting college or coming back after taking some time off and your grades aren't looking great this is a perfect way to help get you on track. It's not an easy read because it's a lot of information that you would learn in high school but it does give good advice and tips. My only complaint is that the last chapter should be read first if you are struggling with essays and research papers. This book is helpful for all students but not study specific so keep that in mind if you are a STEM major like myself.
