Paging Dr.Raife...!

This was a new experience for me and my first time reading this author’s work. I can honestly say that it won’t be my last last because I’m pretty sure I haven’t read anything as sexy as Dr. Raife in quite some time. While visiting a local coffee shop he notices a young woman has not only spilled her hot coffee all over the table but she just happens to burn her hand. Ironically burns at his specialty (he’s a burn surgeon at the local hospital) but he only cares about one thing getting to know the beautiful curvy woman standing in front of her coffee drenched table. Her name is Harriet, awe struck by her beauty he asks her to dinner while she reluctantly accepts, little does she realize how loaded her one “yes” turns out to be. “Raife” is a passionate roller coaster ride any romance lover will devour in one sitting all the while aching for the author to release the next steamy romantic adventure.

This is a sweet romance as Dr. Raife Everett, a top surgeon specializing in burns at the hospital, meets a woman who takes his breath away at a local coffee job. She had just spilled her coffee all over the table and burned her hands. After their initial meeting, he invites Harriet to dinner. These two were made for each other. Although her cheating ex-fiancé is trying to win her back, will she choose Raife who has treated her with respect and shown his caring nature? Or will she let herself be talked into going back to her ex?

Harriet hs been broken down and left in the spin cycle way to long. She can not understand why the handsome guy is staring so intently and having her dream of love and a second chance. But their romance is not going to be easy, because that spin cycle has a timer. Raife being at the top of his game but finding it not as satifying anymore is ready to throw in the towel, his life is rinse and repeat. But it seems this Doctor found the cure to his worries, but he will have to fight to keep it.

I loved Book 1 of Inner-City Alphas. This is a short and sweet Instalove story. Harriet just found her fiancé cheating on her so that’s over. Meeting Raife brought amazing feelings and they are probably moving too fast but when you know, you know. Now she just needs to get rid of her weasel ex and their future is bright. I loved the story and the characters. Just enough steam and alpha bossiness. I would definitely recommend this book.

Raife stops by the coffee shop near his apartment when he meets Harriett. Harriett is having a bad day, first she finds out her ex cheated on her then she burns her hand with hot coffee while trying to save her work. Raife steps in to help her and is so taken by her that he convinces her to go out with him. They have such good chemistry and you can't help but look forward to their happy ending.

This is a short and sexy insta love between Raife and Harriet. The author brings strong characters with a sizzling chemistry and packs a ton in this quickie. She paints her scenes in vivid detail and moves the story fluidly. It's a steamy enjoyable read.

Knight with a shining... towel?

Harriet is having a crap day when she finds out her fiance is cheating and then ruins some papers for work. Raife shows up and helps. I don't typically like rebound stories, but this was sweet. Raife is all in from the instant he sees her, but makes everything about Harriet.

Raife is having the best day of his life after meeting Harriet.
This is a short, rebound story that in the end, has a great result. I don’t mind short stories, but I don’t like so much sex in them and so little details about the main characters.
