Camping is one of my favorite things. the book I just finished Utah camping gives you great tips on campsites Campground and special handicap campsites for people with disabilities on page 144 it gives you tips on handicap campsites for people disabilities and some places that you can get information on that specific campsite and places that you can Go to and pay to rent that campsite on page 217 it gives you tips on Campground and the type of plants that are poisonous on some campgrounds it also gives you good tips on camping safety and how to build shelters It also gives you information on how to survive if you ever get stranded on a campsite or Campground I like this book because it gives you great information on stuff you need to know for camping and even gives you instructions On how to cook Dutch oven meals one of my favorite Dutch oven recipes that was in that book was Dutch oven upside down cake the recipe was one can of round pineapples with a hole in the center The Next Step was to place them in an even circle at the bottom of the Dutch oven The Next Step was to open up the cake mix and follow the instructions on the cake mix and once it is mixed and ready to be poured into the Dutch oven And then close the Dutch ovens lid place on hot coals at the bottom of the Dutch oven and then plays hot coals on the top or the lid of the Dutch oven and let bake For 30 minutes one stone carefully pick up Dutch oven place the Dutch oven upside down and use a pair of heat resistant gloves to lift a dutch oven up and since it's a upside down cake the pineapples will be at the top and then the rest will just be moist delicious cake when it comes out of the Dutch oven let cool for 5 minutes and then if you want decorate as much as you want and enjoy! last it gives you great tips on poisonous plants one of the tips is determining what kind of poisonous plant it is. it also teaches you how to identify those plants and other poisonous things like snakes and other animals The end

I totally have to own this book. The author gives a very through look at camping in Utah. The book is divided into various regions and lists their respective camping options. The author gives thorough information on what to expect at each of the feature camp grounds and rates the best options for families, scenery, hiking, etc. This book makes me want to get out there and spend some time in my state's backyard.
