too many inconsistencies and misspelling

Story was okay. Did too much going back and forth to me before getting together. The characters weren’t really likable. A lot of cheating. Story ended on a cliffhanger and not really that interested in reading the rest. Wouldn’t be surprised if Sya set her up. And why wouldn’t Gang call to say what happened to Bank and why wouldn’t Sya call Gang once she came to? Just dumb.

Book needed to be edited. The spelling got worse as the book progressed. Story was also very inconsistent. She was a virgin in the beginning of the book but 25% she wasn’t. Sya was 21, then 24. The author also didn’t let things simmer and settle. As soon as something happened, the author turned around and undid what was just established.

Difficult to understand due to too many grammatical errors. Some of the sentences were really redundant or used the same word too many times. For example: every other sentence began with “she.”

Now as for the story, the book took a completely different turn around the 80% mark. As the title and majority of the story implied- the focused was on the besties becoming more. Then the author did something, interesting- at the end.

So now I’m not sure what is happening. Surely this isn’t revenge for being played.

Either way, I liked the tomboy ish manner of the FMC. Initially the story was giving, the homies who finally see each other. And then it became…i don’t know, childish.

But I’m curious how it ends.

Ain nothin like having the person that you have always dreamed of and wanted. Stasia and Bank being friends for most of their lives allowed others to see the love that was always there. Finally going thru the bs of other people and relationships stasia and bank are finally together, but greed jealousy and bruised egos are about to pull them apart. I'm looking at all angles and giving everyone the side eye bc things just happen coincidentally. On to part 2!!

It’s good. I really didn’t want to get caught up in a series so I hope that it’s just a book 2. I like Stasia and Bank together. I think the author contradicts herself often but other than that it’s good.

Loved Banks

I absolutely love Banks. He loved Stasia so hard. But he was a typical high school male looking for sex. Only when someone wanted Stasia did he realize the feelings he had for her. I’m glad both of them gave in and took a chance on love.

That ending was crazy

Friends to lovers was a seamless ride and worth the read. Great sex scenes and love story. I enjoyed the book but the ending might be a bit much. I won’t know until I read part 2.

There’s a lot going on in this book, plenty of drama. Some are predictable and some a complete shock. The sister…whew chile. Can’t wait to see how she wraps this one up in part two.

This one got me and had be buying the second book. I like the connection that they had as friends and how that translated into their relationship and how connected they were as a result

I liked Stasia and Bank’s story, but I kept aging them up in my mind. Them being teenagers and going through everything made me uncomfortable. In my mind, them graduating high school was them graduating college and prom was homecoming lol.

There were a few inconsistencies in this book but seeing as how I was already making up ages and events, I didn’t fault the author too much. The whole virgin but then not a virgin storyline did confuse me though.

Since it ended on a cliffhanger and I want to see what’s going to happen, I’ll check out the next book in the series.
