Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.
To suffer from a mood disorder won't only affect you, but also everyone around you. You try to use your brain in order to defeat it, yet your brain itself is what's waging war against you. In his book The Mirror of Janus: Understanding and Treating Depression and Manic-Depression, Sami-Paul Tawil presents us with the genesis of depression and bipolar disorder, how they evolved throughout history, how they are treated, stories of patients and families, and different ways of handling them, for the patient and the close ones.
This is a really good and accessible book. It offers a good global view of the illness, not only with its biological origins, but also the psychological and social ones. A mental illness is a learning process, and one can never stop learning how to defeat it. So, naturally, I recommend this book.
