I loved this book! It's relatively concise (A good thing! Other authors might have doubled the length just to get the same information across) and packed with strong scientific studies and references. The author knows her stuff! My work overlaps these areas quite closely and even I learned a lot from the book, especially in the realms of diet and gratitude! Highly recommend!
