Really well done keto book

I really liked the way the recipes in this book were laid out. The ingredients are set apart from the directions by a box. That makes it very easy for the reader/cooker to know exactly what ingredients will be needed. Then the directions are written in paragraph form which is super readable and easy to understand. There are around 800 recipes here, that is a ton of yummy foods. And just because it is keto there is definitely no skimping on desserts and sweets. Which is nice to see.Overall, this is a really well done book.

Everyone seems to love Keto!

Good cookbook

Love the lemon crepes on page 16 I think wonderful flavor the keto diet recipes are so good I have almost lost 3 lbs

Let's eat

This book has good recipes. We made the Lemon Crepes and the Coconut Crepes with Vanilla Cream. They were great.

What I like is all the recipes in this book because for someone like me that was diagnosis with being diabetic, I need to chance the way I make food.
