The book will also serve as a guide to empower Haitian girls and women and bring much awareness in finding ways to cope with mental health issues and generational trauma that they have experienced. Cause there are many issues that are left unresolved as it relates to the upbringing of the Haitian girl that others relate to. This book will create a space for Haitian girls and Haitian women to connect. As well as, act as the springboard to generate more conversation about the cultural experiences of Haitian Girls amongst Haitian professionals who are women.
