Intelligent, clear, compassionate, wise.

As valuable a book as I have ever read. I know the author, but not well, so I believe I can give an accurate review. Dr. Terplan writes with such honest simplicity that the reader is not burdened with the need to look for flaws or hidden agendas. A rare and wonderful experience for this reader. Absolutely trustworthy.

A gift from Dad. I went to grade school with Dr. Terplan’s sons. Straightforward and pragmatic advice on the medical and psychological aspects of aging. I may “only” be in my 50s, but some solid and useful wisdom for all of us.
