Book 5 of the protectors series...wow! This series seems to go from strength to strength. I've loved them all, but with each new release it becomes my new favourite couple. Delilah and Mason have a past to overcome as well as present matters. As we've seen in previous books trackers are huge problem for the community and this book is no different. However, this time, the whole community could be at deaths doors. It was a great story. I was hooked from the beginning. I definitely look forward to more. It's a must one click for any paranormal fan. It could be read as a standalone, but to get the full effect of the series and the community it would be best to start with Wild Desire first.

Electric Temptation by Toya Richardson is the fifth book in the Protectors series. This is a great paranormal romance series that has a little bit of everything you could want. This book is a second chance romance to that for me very much had a will they/won’t they feel to it. I couldn’t wait to see how Delilah and Mason would work things out while also evading the danger around them. I found this book to be action packed and quite quick paced. The story kept moving at all times and it really kept the whole plot line engaging. This has been an exciting series so far and I think this is a brilliant addition to the series. I am looking forward to whatever comes next from this author.

An interesting cast of characters and powers
The book starts out fast and empowering for females characters. A woman willing to risk her life in hopes of saving others. As the story goes on it falls toward the fated livers trope and too much focus is on the May h characters live life and how it shapes her actions. There are some steamy sex scenes and I wanted more demonstration of the elemental powers. Still a good read and sweet the author dedicated intro her mother.

Electric Temptation, the fifth book in The Protectors Series is Mason and Delilah's story.

Electric Temptation is a fantastic addition to the series. Mason and Delilah are a powerful couple, their connection is strong and their chemistry is sizzling. The bond they both have with the rest of the community they live in, it's more like they're a family not just friends.
This series is amazing. Each story has it's own main couple, but also focuses on the whole community, characters we've met and characters were yet to meet. The series has an underlying story going on throughout, each story giving us more and leading us to the final battle between the Supernats and the Trackers.

This is the 5th book in The Protectors Series. This is a Paranormal Romance novel and is 192 pages. This story follows Delilah and Mason. Delilah is on the run. The Trackers, who are hunting her for her powers, are getting closer. The only person that can help, is the same one she ran away from years ago. She left him before because he was hiding his past. She still haunts his dreams. Will he be able to reveal his past? Will she leave again?

Electric Temptation by Toya Richardson a thrilling four-star read. This is number five in the Protectors series, and its best to read them in order as they do read best that way. Delilah and Mason will leave you breathless, they have a second chance, but will they get chance to get it. This has magical chemistry and just a great magic overall. Take a journey with Delilah and you won’t be disappointed. I really enjoyed how the story pulled together, I gave it four-stars as it seemed to jump a couple of times, and that detracted from the story. I am sure that it will not bother many, but it did me. I will say this series is just keeps its strength up all the way.

I loved this latest instalment of The Protectors series! Straight into the action and drama keeping us on our toes. We finally met Delilah who is a strong character and more than a match for Mason, after years apart these two have some catching up to do.

I enjoyed this paranormal romance which is part of Richardson‘s ‘The Protectors Series’ and which had me gripped from page one. This stories main characters are Delilah and Mason who have a second chance at love when Mason goes to Delilah’s aid when she’s in danger. The ‘Trackers’ are hunting Delilah for her ‘Elemental gifts’ and she is desperate not to be captured. Even though Delilah left Mason a few years ago he knows it was because he would not open up about his past so this time around he knows he will have to talk about what haunts him, or he will have to push her away again. Although this is part of a series it can be read as a standalone story but the characters do crossover and the underlying storyline about ‘The Protector’s’ communities runs throughout the series. In this story the communities are in danger and a war is coming threatening to destroy their way of life. This is a fast paced novel with an exciting storyline and a plot which keeps you happily turning the pages. The world building is so detailed, and along with the descriptive narrative it made me feel completely immersed in the story. An enjoyable and engaging read.

Raina witch wants Delilah out of Bucharest as fast as she can before the trackers Colton Green and his men get her. Delilah flees back to the UK with the aid of a map, this is one long journey ahead to travel back to Mason's supernat community up in the mountains, her heart is crushed for him, he let her go but will he welcome her back after three whole years. So Delilah's journey begins, with his powers Mason will do anything to get her back safe from the evil Colton Green, the chemistry between them is magical, he is her protector forever. No one will decimate their community or save the supernat's. I just could not put this down, what the author has captured is amazing to read and it's made my day complete.

Electric Temptation is the fifth book in The Protectors series by Toya Richardson. This is not my instant book by Ms. Richardson, but it is the first book in this series that I have read. I had no trouble following the story, however I’m going to read the rest of the books in this series. Ms. Richardson weaves a wonderful story full of action, adventure, witches, elemental powers and wraps it in a second chance romance. The world building is amazing. I found myself lost in this book and couldn’t put it down until the end. Delilah is one of my favorite characters is all of the books I have read this year. Delilah and Mason throw off some serious heat. If you love paranormal or even just romance, I highly recommend this book.

Its a series full of danger, intrigue, paranormal, witches and romance. Its the story of Delilah who has found herself in trouble. She has spent much of her life running from one thing or another but when she turns down the man she loves because he won't share his past she is even on the run from him. She's running from the trackers and they are causing her to run right back to the one person she turned her back on, Mason. I haven't yet read the other books in this series so came in blind to this one. I really enjoyed it, I love stories where various paranormal aspects are mixed to fight a threat against one or all. There is a suspenseful build but it's slow burn I've the course of the plot, not massively intense or prolonged when it comes. There are some wonderful characters and I will definitely be reading the earlier books soon. I found it interesting and it held my attention keeping the pages turning, a fairly new to me author having only read a couple of other books at this point and not paranormal ones. Started 16/3/21 finished 17/3/21

As a fan of these books, I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
Each book of this series focuses on an individual couple and this book follows the characters Mason and Delilah's story.
There was so much character development in this story and the whole time I was eager to know what the author was going to do to this couple. I think Mason and Delilah have been my favourite couple so far!
This book I felt had a real family feel to it and I loved seeing how the author brought all of the characters together and inter mingled them into an intriguing plotline.
If you are looking for an addictive PNR series about shifters to fall into, this is the series for you!

I always know I am in for an adventure when I pick up a novel by Toya Richardson and Electric Temptation was no exception to the rule. I once again was sucked into her magical and paranormal world with the fifth book in The Protectors Series, Electric Temptation. Even though it is the fifth it is not necessarily needed to read the whole series, but I do think your reading experience would benefit. Like I hinted at earlier, Richardson does a wonderful job of world building. You feel transported into a new place with the characters and feel as if you are experiencing things as they do. This has lots of layers to a paranormal romance, so I am sure most anyone would find something to enjoy in this little gem of a read. I cannot wait to see what the next novel will bring!

I love this series and having read the first 4 books I knew that this would not disappoint. This is Mason and deliah's story. Mason is a hybrid shifter and Deliah is an elemental and Deliah is on the run from the trackers who are after her powers. This story had non stop action and the chemistry between the two main characters was off the charts hot! I really also enjoyed the sense of community between the secondary characters as well. There is not much else to say apart from the fact that I loved it all and I can't wait for the next book.

Toya has mastered the art of storytelling. Her characters came alive on the pages and her writing style captivates the reader. An absolute page turner. She empowers her female characters and gives them the opportunity to lead. A page-turner! I admired her creativity in the characters' abilities, the vivid descriptions of each scene and the portrayal of strength depicted through the female characters. I was a bit sad when it ended- Electric Temptation is one of those stories that the more you read, the more you want to know- but you don’t want it to come to an end.

This is the fifth book in this series. Another couple gets their happy ever after but that’s not all. The bad guys are continuing to enlist evil to help them win the war. We see a lot of the characters from past books in her as they band together to fight to save everyone. This is action, suspense and drama of the supernatural kind.
Overall I enjoyed watching Mason and Delilah find each other. This is a nice read that catches me up in everyone’s lives plus the danger to the main character and others.

This is my first time reading a work by Toya. I am in love with her strong characters and world building!
Delilah and Mason are hot, hot, hot! Running has become so hard for Delilah and she NEEDS to take a stand. After leaving Mason before she has no idea if he'll be there for her again. Mason has wondered how he would continue living without her. The extent of emotion in this book grabs hold of your heart and takes you along on an amazing journey! A must read!

This is book five in the protectors series and it tells Mason and Delilah’s story. Colton Green and his men are causing lots of trouble for the protectors and are trying to destroy their community. Sven, Evan and the rest of the men are trying to come up with a plan to keep their mates and children safe. With the help of their visions the women have other ideas. This fast paced book tells of the struggles the community have against evil Colton.

I enjoyed this book. This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites by her yet. I enjoyed being pulled into the story from the beginning. It is a well written story that is engaging and will keep you turning pages to the end. There is a little bit of everything in it, from action to romance. Delilah has been running from her life for awhile now including the man she loves. Now she finds herself in trouble and has to seek help from him. Will Mason save her? Will he open up his past to her so they can be together? I enjoyed the growth between these two and the chemistry is great. I truly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it.

This may be my favorite yet. Richardson has woven such a fantastic tale together throughout this series. And it feels like it has all been building toward this book. This first chapter immediately drew me in. It’s full of paranormal goodness, shifters, magic, emotion, action - all the good stuff. I don’t want to give it away because everyone should have the chance to read this and watch it unfold. Just such a fantastic book.

This is the fifth book in The Protectors Series by Toya Richardson. I highly recommend you read the previous books in numerical order. This will enhance your enjoyment of this book. The plotline is face-paced and engaging. The characters are fully developed and complex. We are going to be reading about Delilah and Mason. Delilah has found herself in trouble. She has been going away from everyone and now she needs to seek out Mason to help her. Now the question will be is Mason going to help her out. I highly recommend you reading this book to see what will happen next.

I’ve read every single book in this series and it gets better every time a new part comes out! I’m excited about this book because it keeps your mind racing and on edge with Delilah. There is so much that kept me rooting for not just Delilah but Mason as well. I won’t give too much away but these series made me fall in love with Toya Richardson as an author: Her books get better in time and as the series picks up so you’d be missing out if you didn’t give these books a chance.

This is my first time reading a book by Toya- she did not disappoint! Toya has mastered the art of storytelling. Her characters came alive on the pages and her writing style captivates the reader. I tried to squeeze in a chapter before bed and I could not put it down (thank God for coffee!!). A page-turner! I admired her creativity in the characters' abilities, the vivid descriptions of each scene and the portrayal of strength depicted through the female characters. I was a bit sad when it ended- Electric Temptation is one of those stories that the more you read, the more you want to know- but you don’t want it to come to an end. Well played Toya Richardson, well played.

I really enjoyed this book. This isn't my first book by this author and it won't be the last. I was pulled in from page one and the story was really engaging and kept my interest throughout all of the story. Mason and Delilah were great main characters and they had alot to over come on their journey. I am looking forward to reading more by this author in the future. And I would recommend this to a friend!
