First things first; I really like the cover of this book!
Healing his darkness is the ninth book in the ‘’dark leopards MC east Texas chapter’’ collection/series. This story is short, slow paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. After being burnt by love in the past, Rooster has no intentions of ever loving again. Georgia is a human brought up by shifters. When she meets Rooster she knows she is his mate but what will happen between them?
The chemistry between Rooster and Georgia is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

I found this book hard to put down. Loved the characters and the challenges they encountered and still came out together in the end!
