Really loved how compassionate yet concise and well researched this was. I actually found the first chapter the most impressive and it's given a great perspective on what we perceive to be 'nervous breakdowns' actually being a break with social contracts that we're all expected to assume without fail and how often 'We' punish people for that. It immediately ties this in with my reading on capitalism in that a lot of these contracts exist in that space and are thus very closely linked with the 'breakdown' that can follow.
