What an awesome combination of thriller, drama, romance, self-help, comedy and business book!

Hang's story and her ability to tell it make this a must read for everyone. This isn't another "how to navigate in a man's world" (YUCK!) book. Early in career, mid-career, later in career? Doesn't matter!

Whether you work in technology, sales, marketing, banking, bartending (I'm thirsty), medicine - read this book. Are you a human? Yes? Give yourself the gift of reading this. Give a copy to your friend. We all have at least one that needs to hear the raw, honest truth and encouragement to step fully into their amazing selves. (I'm sure I have more than 1 pointing my way!)

Hang's focus on being better, not bitter is inspiring. As an executive coach, I really enjoyed how Hang shared her story, her lessons, and provided a roadmap for navigating on your own. Each chapter begins with a thoughtful quote and ends with a killer song to seal in the power of Embracing Your Edge!

Navigating LIFE. There is no real separation between your personal and professional life. At least not if you are showing up as your full self in either. It was refreshing to have Hang tell her story in such a vulnerable way. I'm not alone! YES! I've experienced that.

The Reflection Guide and Playlist makes this a full experience. I want to #hangwithhang! And so will you!

Good advice with credibility

Hang Tran shares bits of her story from Vietnam to Louisiana to Silicon Valley. She brings a sense of humor, a decent amount of humility, and a gritty sense of having navigated real obstacles and despair to thrive in the ongoing challenge. Most to the point, however, she invites you to join her rather than celebrate her.

Access Matters

This book is for everyone who feels underrepresented, for those who know what it’s like to be in the minority. Who may have been overlooked, undervalued or not encouraged. Some of us made it and some are still struggling. This book explains how access matters. If you have it, the struggle lessens and the way is easier if you don’t have life can be hard. Hang explains how you can get access, how you can build your own network and how you can help yourself.
