In all my adventures around the world, nothing has affected me more than my pilgrimages along the Camino de Santiago. It was here that I was first told about a secret code of the Knights Templar on the Camino. This code inspired the Through a Field of Stars series. Since my first pilgrimage in 2017, I have walked over 1,000 miles across Spain doing research for the series.
I have traveled the miles that my characters have traveled and learned the lessons they have learned. I write in the hopes that my books will inspire you to have a life-changing adventure on the Camino de Santiago.

This book perfectly wraps up the story for me. I love the way it ended and I loved seeing all the puzzles come together!! Amazing read, would highly recommend!

In this beautifully crafted ending, Isabella and Etienne manage to figure out what the treasure is and how to truly protect it from their enemies. The characters band together to defeat their inner demons for a chance at a better life and world.
The twists and turns were just as exciting and fresh as the puzzles and riddles the group solved in their quest find the hidden treasure of the Templars. The narrative is very compelling, and the philosophy surrounding God and the creation myth serve to move the story forward without coming across as too preachy. I appreciate the devotion and candor the author devotes to his faith, and to teaching us how to look beyond perception as the truth supersedes it.
Excellent book for teens, young adults and those who enjoy a good book club.

Gotta read the entire series!!! I get very absorbed in fiction and at some point I just can't put the book down. Forget friends, family, and Christmas, I'm going to complete my reading! And I did! I had never heard of the Camino de Santiago, but know, not only do I know about it, I also know some European history from the 1300's.
