Derek Shupert is an avid super hero fan (Marvel over DC Universe) and lover of Science Fiction. Derek likes to spend his free time putting down on paper the stories that he has contained in his imagination. By day, he is an Inventory and Distribution Services Center Manager but by night, he writes. To date, he has published four books; two Sci-Fi, a children’s book and a technology consumer guide. He is currently working on two more books which should be available early 2016.

Derek lives in Sherman, Texas with his wife, children and various pets.

This is a great series. Great for young adults. Book two of three.

It was good but please don't write about every little movement. for instance just say he got out of the car walked to the hotel and went around the corner. Not he opened the car door took the keys out and put his left foot out of the car etc. You make it seam like you just needed so many words to get the book published but writing every little step is too much. I am waiting to see what the last book will hold and it is wordy.

This book is hard to put in a genre.  It has few characters so that you get to know them well.  The plot is straight forward and no twist.  Stay Alive by Derek Shupert has made me a fan of his writing.  Nothing fancy, just a darn fine read.

Brink of extinction 2.

Still no idea what’s going on with the ash, electrics, and their planes just dropping.
Thankfully alive they get themselves caught up in gang fights in Utah. As do the hit men Scarface and Jackal. Brilliant read.

Good book 2 of series, it had everything that we have come to expect from this author. Fast pace action filled storyline. Looking to see how it all ends with book 3. Get the books and leave your reviews.
