I was not familiar with the game that this book is based off of or the original board book featuring the Sneaky, Snacky squirrel - but I can see this making for a nice gift set for a preschooler. The book features Squirrel looking for the elusive golden acorn and readers must try the slaps to see if they can find the acorn. It's a fun seek and find and features characters from other similar books in the series (Frankie's Food Truck, Shelby's Snack Shack, Hoppy Floppy's Carrot Hunt, and Sophie's Seashell Scramble).
