[Siren The Lynn Hagen ManLove Erotic Romance, Contemporary, Alternative, Paranormal, Werewolves, Vampires, Romantic Suspense, MM, HEA] Phillip hasn’t had an easy life. He was a pariah among his coven members who hated him because he wasn’t ruthless like they were. Defying his coven leader’s orders, Phillip visits The Manacle, a vampire club where he hopes to meet Prince Christian. Instead, Phillip met his mate, and then flees, only to be kidnapped as soon as he steps outside the club. He’s held captive, and is pregnant, with no hope of escape. For an entire month Rourke has looked for his runaway mate. He didn’t understand how Phillip could reject him until he discovers that his mate was not only kidnapped, but kept drugged. And Phillip is pregnant with their child. Rourke must protect his little vampire from Cassius, Phillip’s coven leader when Cassius demands Phillip’s return. Worse, one of the men who had kidnapped Phillip is in Fever’s Edge, looking to get Phillip back. Lynn Hagen is a Siren-exclusive author.
Lynn Hagen loves writing about the somewhat flawed, but lovable. She also loves a hero who can see past all the rough edges to find the shining diamond of a beautiful heart.
You can find her on any given day curled up with her laptop and a cup of hot java, letting the next set of characters tell their story.
Wow, this book had everything that held me captivated. Quirky characters, danger, love, humor, vampires, wolves, passion, family, and so much more. Poor Philip (vampire) had so many beings in pursuit of him, but his mate, Rourke, was always there for him like a knight in shining armor.
I just wish that for once, a character didn't have such a horrific past. They usually have been through so much until they find their mates. It'd be nice if just once somebody had had a happy past. I just loved the characters though, and the way Trey, Nando, and Elijah, befriended Phillip. It was also fun seeing the Ultionem again. I'm truly looking forward to the next book in the series. This was absolutely riveting. More please. :D
Better than the last one. Still have questions. Why were the wolves so agitated when the vampires came. I just reread Million-dollar Mate and in that book Christian couldn't enter the lawyers home without an invitation and had to wait for his daywalker to bring him outside. In this book they could simply go into the pack house with no problem.
This is the best one so far with the Ultionem making an appearance. Funny with plenty of action and a new group of mates. This is book 183 in the Bracverse and I am still not tired of it!
As I've said with each book they are awesome - action packed lots of love & sex & an HEA!!!! But this book brought in Prince.Christian & others & Phillip is a vampire & pregnant!!!!! But no baby yet - I do hope he has the baby in a future boo!!!!! Thanks so much - Lori
Love Lynn Hagen every book keeps getting better my only problem is when we run out of characters to mate up in this series and all of the spinoffs especially the original Brac pack
The best book in series so far. Chance meeting in a bar Rourke had met his mate Phillip. The bonded and Phillip was kidnapped. Phillip and Rourke found each other after a month. A lot happens but read to find out if Phillip is having a boy or a girl
