Worth the Wait: A Novella

Worth The Wait was a cute story. I loved Kierra and Malik but, I wanted to shake some sense into her. I get Desmond did her dirty but, she should’ve been thanking her lucky stars she found out he was a trash sooner rather than later. But, karma didn’t waste any time paying Desmond a visit. He quickly found out the grass wasn’t so green on the other side. Desmond got exactly what he deserved. I loved how Malik had no problem showing his vulnerability but, at the same time he wasn’t going to kiss Kierra’s azz and he told her so. She found some act right real quick when he let her know she wasn’t his only option. These two were a cute couple. A little frustrating but, they were worth the aggravation. Worth The Wait was the perfect frenemies to lovers story. It was sassy, sexy, and sweet. This was my first book by B. Moni and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to reading more from her.

Malikkkkk is baeeeee !!!
Enemies to lovers is my second favorite troupe and this author didn’t disappoint.
Ki and Malik was able to conquer their fears and really conquer their love story. Malik and his BDE was something and had me on fire throughout the entire book 😍
I highly recommend this book!

Malik 😍😍
First of all I’m glad B Moni is back! Malik had plenty of BDE and I was here for it all. Kierra was a little difficult but he wasn’t giving up. If you love a good enemies to lovers story then this is the one.

Sweet story! Both Malik and Kierra have some residual trauma from their previous relationships that have caused them to behave in ways they are not so proud of. They also have have had this push and pull relationship their entire lives, that does not help the situation either. A chance opportunity puts them in the position to see where things can go with them, but Kierra shuts it down before they have a chance. Fear was her worse enemy! Get out of your own way girl!! Malik was disappointed that Kierra could not give him a chance, after the strides he made in changing his ways. Can I say that Desmond is trash? I felt for Kierra as he did that foul ish to her, but karma really is a bih huh? Carmen as well. What makes these exes think they can just show up after they cause a ish storm? Time allowed Kierra clarity as to what she really wanted. So glad that she chose wisely, as she and Malik were so good together. Really enjoyable read! 👍👍👍

I love this man 😩😍 It really was the BDE for me. I loved that he wasn’t afraid to express his emotions and be vulnerable. Desmond was a low down dirty dog but it was a blessing in disguise. That karma came back around Quick. I love stories with close-knit families and this was no different. I laughed, cussed a lil bit and had to fan myself a couple times cause babyyyyyyy Malik was Everything. I’m soooo excited to see this author grow and shine bright this year! ❤️❤️

Great Story!
I love a frenemies to lovers story! This was a good story although I wanted to lay hands on Kierra a few times. She was so hard on Malik. With his sexy self! Whew, chile, Malik was bae! And I love when we can see the vulnerability in male characters. I also enjoyed the friends background stories with their boos. Malik and Kierra's chemistry was 🔥so hot!!!! I really enjoyed this book!

Karma is a bitch, Desmond left ki cause he cheated and got the girl pregnant he later made her his wife only to have the same thing he did to ki happen to him. Ki and Malik, the true meaning of you never know who you may fall in love with. They hated each other but sometimes all that hate turns into love. I’m glad they were able to work things out for he better and I’m glad ki was finally able to get over Desmond.

In true B. Moni fashion she had my attention from the first page... Kierra had me ready to scream after her birthday... like bruh!!! Whew but Malikkk wasn’t one for her games and I LOVED his energy. He knew what they both wanted and was not playing with Ms. Kierra!

Entertaining
I enjoyed reading this book. I just hate when the main couple spend more time apart in the book than they do together. I really didn’t see what Malik liked about Kierra so much, she was mean and nasty with all kinds of trust issues. However, he was the real deal. I liked his character a lot.

Loved it!!!
I loved the story of Kierra and Malik!! Childhood friends that grew up knowing everything about each other and then one day they realized they had feelings for each other. I loved the flow of the story, it made you think. They say some of the best love stories started as friends first!! I would definitely recommend this book!!

Can I please have a Malik?!! My God!! This novella was a great read. This is the first time I'm reading a book from the author and I loved it! I'm glad Kierra realized she does have feelings for Malik! Malik was all that and more with BDE. He wasn't letting her get away no matter what. 🔥❤
