If you like reading contemporary romances with relatable characters, then pick up this book!
☕ The book flows easily from the very first chapter, and seamlessly integrates the POVs of the three main characters - Claire, Sam and Jake.
☕ The plot is simple and effective, and had me rooting for the characters immediately! I couldn't put the book down until I finished it!
☕ The book was feel-good and hopeful, with just a little bit of angst thrown in the middle.
☕ And of course, amazing side characters, whose stories will be explored in the upcoming books, along with Claire, Sam and Jake! I'm really looking forward to this!

Will Claire choose her ex-boyfriend, the one who left her without explanation? Or the guy she meets a bar one night, the one who keeps chasing her?
I didn't know Between would be a love triangle, and I was surprised by how much I liked it. There was angst but not so much that I was crawling against the wall.
To be honest I usually avoid love triangles. They give me anxiety, knowing the hero or heroine can choose the person I don't want her to end with drives me insane. I think it is trauma from watching The Bold & The Beautiful for too many years. Who will Ridge choose? Brooke or Taylor or will another love interest pop up.
I don't want to tell you too much about the characters because you just have to read the book. What I will say is that they were all enjoyable and well developed.
Even the side characters were this whole person.
I usually read books with two points of view, when I saw this had three, I thought it would be a lot, especially since the book isn't that long. This wasn't the case, and it was very nice to know what was going on in every character's head.
The sex scenes were good, well build, sexy. Personally, I would have loved a threesome in the story, but that is just pervy old me.
Between is a realistic, well-written story with humor, steam, and emotions. It's a fast read, and I enjoyed it.

It’s time for my honest review of “Between, 80 Pancakes Book 1” by Allie Logan.
She’s stuck in a love triangle, where she needs to decide. She needs to decide to let someone who shattered her heart without an explanation take her back. Or does she want to give someone who continues to chase her a chance to take her heart. But what happens when she’s to scared to let someone go and to scared to let someone else hurt her.
Claire is your average girl, working at a pancake restaurant. Getting to dress up everyday with a different theme. She has the best friends, an enemy and two guys chasing her tail. Her parents drive her crazy, and her life is a rollercoaster. But will she choose the fairy tale ever after?
This book got me out of my book slump and left me cheering the characters on. I wanted to keep reading but finished the book so fast because it’s so good! This book is a 5/5 and such a sweet romance. This is such a realistic story and very well written. When you look at the cover, it makes you wonder what the book will unravel with a beautiful cover. I would highly recommend this book!

This book made my heart sing, and melt, and do all those crazy things you heart isn't supposed to do. Claire is a waitress, torn between her stable ex boyfriend, and the risky new guy she meets at a bar one night. What ensues is a story filled with comical moments, steamy scenes, and a whole bunch of tugging at your heartstrings. The author told this story in a well paced manner, and each of her minor characters had a whole personality to themselves - they really made the story even better, and I hope she does a story for each of them! If you're looking for an easy, heart-warming rom-com, you've found it! Well done Allie.

This was a sweet read which had you trying to guess as to which way the heroine was going to go as well as trying to decide for yourself what would be the better option. I switched frequently but I think the author gave her character a satisfying ending. I enjoyed the dialogue and the fact there were three voices, so not even that could give away how it was going to end. It will be interesting to hear some of the other characters' stories develop.

Really enjoyed this debut novel! It was funny, hot and lots of heart. I don’t want to spoil too much because it’s a love triangle but I think Claire made the right choice. I liked both men but only one makes her heart sing.
Can’t wait for this rest of this series, I’m already invested in all of the characters.

I absolutely loved the premise of this book. It had so many intriguing elements that kept me reading. So many surprises and twists/turns in this telling. It has you guessing trying to figure out who our heroine will pick. I liked her choice by the way. Hee hee. Wink.
The challenge I had with this story isn’t that it didn’t flow well for me. I felt like I was missing pieces of the characters. At times I was being told the story instead of living it.
Even with what gave me pause I still felt like it had some compelling happenings, driving my need to read more. Truthfully I kept this review cryptic because I want you to find all the answers during your reading journey.

I binged this book in the wee hours of the morning. I opened it up with the idea of reading a little then going back to sleep.... Uhh, that did not happen. I couldn't put it down.
Allie Logan writes with wit and pop culture references with steamy in-between. She easily pulls you into this world she has created and you immediately fall for her characters and wanna see them happy.
The only thing is throughout the book I was hoping for menage between the three characters. #whychoose 😂😂

Not bad...
Claire is broken hearted when she's meets Sam. They both drink merlot and suddenly he's madly in love with her. But her ex Jake decides he's still in love even though he broke her heart.
I was definitely interested in seeing who Claire chose, but both guys are douches. Jake is flippant and juvenile. Sam is creepy and demanding. I thought Claire would have been better off choosing herself and leaving them both behind, but read the book and see who she chooses.
