Poor translation

This book is clearly written by someone who is non-English speaking, and the translation is so poor that it is often difficult to understand what the author intended. There are grammatical errors, spelling errors, it is clear there was no editor involved. The book reads like an Amazon advertisement of products from China.

Most sentences don't make sense.

This book has a couple of good ideas, but is so poorly written as though written by someone with vey poor commands of the English language. Also very repetitive. Very strongly pushes a Buddhist mindset.

Honestly I was really disappointed in the book. I had high hopes of gaining a deeper understanding into DBT+EI+CBT instead it was barely below surface level. Everything in the book I had heard before but it was just all compiled into a singular place. It did help reinforce some habits and methods of thinking but nothing revolutionary or noteworthy.
