Cambridge English Readers is an exciting new series of original fiction, specially written for learners of English. Graded into six levels – from elementary to advanced – the stories in this series provide easy and enjoyable reading on a wide range of contemporary topics and themes. Help is a comic fantasy set in contemporary London. Frank Wormold is an unsuccessful writer whose luck suddenly changes when a Hollywood producer offers him a large sum of money for one of his stories. The problem is he’s only written half of the story. To finish it on time he uses the help of a computer. At first the computer is very helpful, but when it starts to take over first his story, and then his life, he needs ‘help’ of a different kind. The Audio CD contains a recording of the full text of the book.
