I always like it when the book speaks of what you know and believe, then builds upon it. This book builds on the importance of networking; social capital is what makes us more than a collection of individuals! Interpersonal connections bring as returns just as tangible capital do. Love it!

I am also a big advocate for telecommuting, but I have not been part of a team yet where I advocate for full-time telecommuting. This book nicely provides examples for this.

It's not a bad book. It just doesn't say much beyond "being in person is better" and "trust is important" and a few other basic truisms.

Very useful look at tacit knowledge within an organization and how to facilitate its creation and preservation.
