I loved this book, will absolutely read again.
Gave lots of advice on how to manage your stress and anxiety in a room full of people. How to be authentically yourself. How to not be awkward and how to keep a positive attitude.

Throughout The Art of Facilitation, Tina focuses on how you can be a more effective facilitator. She does this by presenting strategies and tactics that are easy to implement. Furthermore, she explains why each of these makes a difference. All the while, she reminds you that the ultimate goal of being a more effective facilitator is to provide greater experiences for the attendees so they can learn and ultimately remember what they learned. If you facilitate at any level, read this book now. You'll surely be including many of Tina's techniques in your next session.
