This is the third installment in the series and is the sequel to Sophie and Claude's love story. Sophie is born to be in the limelight and has the taste of the finest and most exquisite things so wanting the most perfect wedding to the one-and-only groom Claude is a must. But alas! Not all is well when none of her wedding plans were going according to plan.

But with the help of her best friend Addison, it surely would be a wedding to remember for the ages. With Sophie's heart of gold and generosity, all Addison's family, including her overbearing, manipulative mother, were invited. Laughter, tears, frustration are bound to ensue.

It was gut-wrenching and heartbreaking when Claude got lost at sea during their honeymoon and presumed dead. Sacred vows were broken and hearts were shattered. I love how realistic the ending is.

Is Claude really dead? Can Sophie and Claude's love rise and triumph through all that they have been through? Or are they well and truly over? Buy the book or loan it from the library to find out for yourselves!

The book may have improved once more insights emerged into the characters' issues and motivations, but I just couldn't get past how unlikeable and spoilt the female protagonist is. She's a classic, poor little rich girl, who HAS to be the most beautiful bride ever, and yet has nightmares about losing her fiance. Incidentally, her obsessive behaviour about the dress, (she opens with having tried on 75 already), and other aspects of the wedding, which absorbs her every waking hour, bores and alienates her fiance, threatening to bring what she fears to pass. This is all while apparently being a vet and doing all the accounts for her extremely wealthy father's property. A more unlikely personality for a vet I've yet to encounter!

I could say more, but I'll leave it at that. I just can't honestly recommend it.

This book is the conclusion of Sophie and Claude’s story. This has their wedding and honeymoon and things don’t go quite right. This book made me smile, made me cry, made me mad, and then made me happy again. There is a tsunami during their honeymoon and Claude is lost and presumed dead. I didn’t like the development of their story after that until the end. There was one part of the story that happened that I really wish wasn’t included. It didn’t go along with my vision of their childhood sweetheart romance. Maybe just my personal opinion though. Otherwise the story is well written and I was happy with the conclusion.

Disappointing Wedding/Honeymoon Romance

I have read other books by this author, but I found this to be a disappointment. It follows on from the previous book in the series, focusing on the wedding and honeymoon of the hero and heroine. I found the descriptions and conversations about the wedding tedious, and the heroine had several bridezilla moments. Not a fan of those. I also was not wild about the dark moment event in the latter half of the book during the honeymoon. It changed the whole feeling of the book, and I do not feel like it improved until the very end. I'll admit that during this current global crisis, I prefer to read feel-good books that make me laugh or smile, and this one failed on all counts.

I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

The third book in the Letting Love In series Sophie and Claude will have so much to go through. Well written and the storyline drew me in and did not let go until I finished reading. This series has been well worth reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really enjoyed this! The characters are well written and seem more relatable than in the first book. The story had me on the edge once we got past the wedding, which did last longer than needed in my opinion. But the rest of the story really rocks!
I must say that I think this book is a huge improvement from the first!

The book is a good, and enjoyable romance read that is a sequel Her Heart's Desire. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry.

A sweet love story between childhood friends Sophie and Claude takes an unexpected detour on their honeymoon. But a happy ending is found by the end of the book. A well written novel. Where the feelings were is felt though the pages. Overall a delightful read!

Amazing. This book brought me to tears especially if you read it after Her Hearts Desire. You really feel for Sophie but near the end you have hope for Claude. You also have hopes for them both for the future.
