The book is short but sweet, It shows the five stages of evolution in an organization that gather deep user insights.

This book runs akin to the Product Excellence Maturity Model from Product Board, which also shows five stages in the evolution of Product Mindset in an organization.

The book also details five steps that to turn your organization from shallow user insights or no user insights to deep user insights.

The book is pretty impressive to say the least, it can be used as a guide to turn your organization into a customer driven product organization.
