A comprehensive and accessible blueprint for sustainable wellness.

In Living Well: Six Pillars for Living Your Best Life, Greg Horn delivers a refreshingly practical and scientifically grounded approach to health and vitality. Drawing upon extensive research from peer-reviewed studies and his own professional experience in nutrition and wellness innovation, Horn bridges the gap between science and everyday application. His writing is lucid, encouraging, and well-structured, making complex biological and nutritional concepts not only understandable but actionable.

Each “Pillar” represents a vital foundation of holistic living, integrating science, lifestyle practices, and mindfulness. What distinguishes Living Well from many self-help or wellness titles is its deep respect for evidence-based insight without losing its human touch. The inclusion of concise “Prescriptions” at the end of each chapter distills key takeaways into clear, manageable steps, ideal for readers who want to improve their lives methodically.

Horn’s balance of empirical rigor and compassionate guidance makes this book an invaluable tool for anyone seeking clarity in the ever-confusing world of health advice. Living Well stands as both a manual for physical improvement and a meditation on the power of proactive, purposeful living.

Many things written by the author are well known, some not so much, on the whole an interesting book with a clear six step path to live an healthier life without doing such big exchanges that make you loose your desire to change.

THANKS TO NETGALLEY FOR THE PREVIEW!
