This is such an honest and heartfelt book about struggling with disappointment with God! Sara writes with such vulnerability and boldly speaks the questions many of us are afraid to admit we have. This is not a bible quoting “here’s how to fix you.” This is an “I have been there. I know the way out. Let’s go together.” I’m not even finished with this book but so far it’s been like sitting in a comfy chair and revealing my fears to a trusted friend. Sara’s retelling of her own experiences make this a conversation, not just a how-to. As someone who has struggled to trust God is who He says he is, I recommend this book as a safe place to explore those feelings!

Whew, this book is heavy in a beautiful way. Sara bears her soul and is incredibly vulnerable in her thoughts.
I'm a firm believer that we go through hard times not necessarily for ourselves, but so we can witness to the people who will go through the exact thing. In this book, Sara does this lovingly and honestly.
I recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with their disappointment in God, especially if you have had a miscarriage.
