This book is about helping others and contains tips Yves collected from people in the trenches, eg people who are doing it.

The first version of this book was published as an e-book in 2018 with just 10 tips, the next three years turned that into the current book with 89 tips.

A quick read, but very uneven. Some good tips, and thankfully, only a few WTF moments. Even in the 2021 edition, there are just too many typos.
