THe first Bowen book I read before I became a bowen Therapist. A great introduction to Tom Bowens work with one good hypothesis underlying the moda;ity. Although I feel fascia is more dominant influence underlying the method.

helpful book for those who would like to get an overall idea of what a Bowen's technique is. Recommended more for people with a pre-existing knowledge on massages, since this is not an in depth book, also the illustrations and instructions of movements are only briefly described. Besides this, it is a wonderful book, that depicts certain misconceptions about the technique and helps one further its effects. The book is well organised and best to be read in the order it is written in.
