I'm personally of the opinion, even more so of his other books that I have a similar view of, that this book reads like eating drywall. That's the best way that I can explain it. Dull and disjointed come to mind as primary descriptors. Helpful-ish reference. Pretty thorough discussion of the more common things and good at explaining radiology basics. Lots of pictures of various pathologies to help you visualize things, but rarely more than one picture depicting the same issue so provides a very narrow reference. Has a lot of unnecessary information that requires wading through to get to the good stuff.
