There are steps to healing that I think most people miss. Braving is the part of the process that’s overlooked. We need to step out in faith. We need to pursue our truth, others, and nature. It solidifies everything we learn in our minds. The book builds in strength as it goes along. At the end of the day, it brings us back to what we all want. Deep down, we crave what matters. Others lend their bravery in these pages to help you call forth your own.

My favorite book of the year (so far). I love how Wayne weaves stories from his life with interviews he sought out with influential folks that have crossed his path. It is fun that I actually know a couple of his interviewees and have been to several of his destinations.

I was introduced to quite a few interesting people living Bravely & added them to my Insta feed.

Braving a topic close to my heart! I learned a new word: meraki, to do something with passion! I sensed Wayne’s passion for life, his family and his family throughout the pages.

I listened on the way to a Christian Family Camp where the author was going to speak and do the music. I truly enjoyed this book and all of the interviews, nuggets of successful info, and creative incentive to be authentic and brave. It was amazing to me that I had personally experienced some of the topics that came up in the interviews with my own journey of homeschooling my daughter, advising my daughter to seek a job that made work happy and not just a “job, to pay the bills to buy more stuff or pay off stuff you bought already.”
