Ashleigh Walters did an excellent job pinpointing highlights of effective ways of making organizational change. This book is written with a focus on the private sector but the principles laid out are relevant to almost any organization. Finally, it's a fairly quick read. Ashleigh writes very directly and avoiding the fluff that often comes w/ business books.

This is a great quick read that helps the reader understand how to change a company’s culture without feeling like it’s an overwhelming and impossible goal. The timing of this could not be better as many companies are struggling with the shift in culture due to the pandemic. I highly recommend this book to any business owner!

Ashleigh provided an inside look at her journey transforming company culture within her company, Onex Inc. The book gives leadership advice on how to coach instead of manage employees and real life encounters of the business transformation.
