Amazing, motivating book! I read the e-book on my kindle and plan to buy a copy for future reference to help me get out the door for every run! I’ve already encouraged fellow runners to take a look and read it too. I really, really loved this book.

4.5 stars. I liked it and give the author credit for writing everyday, but I feel there was a lot of repeats/rephrasing of motivational themes.
