This book has more than just general information about chakra's. Although it is a good teaching tool for anyone who is new to the concept of chakra's and chakra therapies. It encompasses great yoga techniques, as well as meditational guides to a healthier life style. Although it is really opinion based, you have to be really open to Keith's views about the world. He has a few capturing stories about himself within the book about how his life changed for the better, and how his eyes were opening up to new concepts and views on the world, but it is very opinionative. I found more so than I would have liked. The cause could have come from his all too direct mannerisms based on popular beliefs, and his almost religious sense of worship. I say that lightly of course. I am always open to new concepts of thinking, but at times I felt as if it was too narrow minded for my tastes.
