This book changed how I approach those I meet in the course of my position as a firefighter. It makes you think and evaluate yourself. Am I going above and beyond in my service to the community? The answer is no until you read this and realize that you cannot go overboard in how you treat your citizens or what Chief calls customers.
It’s a book that can be completed in one setting. I read it about 2-3 times a year. Highly recommended for all service personnel, doesn’t have to just be fire service.

One of the best books I have read on Customer Service when dealing with a single point of service industry. The principles apply to all customer relation activites.
