David Beckham is a well known soccer player with famous children, and an equally famous wife - but did you know that as a kid, he loved home economics? This biography provides a very detailed look into David's life and some lesser known facts about him.
The interesting part of this biography, is that it includes key quotes from David's own autobiography to complement the text. They are highlighted in green, and are interesting to read just by themselves. When combined with the actual descriptive text, they provide a great deal of detail and insight into David's life. Full color photos complement the text, but don't detract from it.
In the back is a great 'cross currents' section, where information related to (but not necessarily about) David Beckham is included. There is also a timeline of David's life, and additional resources.
