This wasn't a dry read as I thought it might be. I actually really enjoyed reading it. Even though one might consider it a technical teaching guide it was also written from a personal space. That made it not only easy to read but engaging and thought-provoking.

This is a great reference book for teaching and home practice. It contains photos, information for how to lead and sequence classes, tips for dealing with illnesses, and information on setting up a yoga business.
