There is a few more editions after this one. Diana Thompson is the queen of SOAP charting for the massage profession and anyone doing any billing or if you are licensed as a health care provider in your state, needs to be taking chart notes on each client. Charting is the way we will get more accepted by the medical profession, insurance companies and the general public. Charting shows what massage does and tells the story of each person.
