Return is a Halloween Time Travel Romance Story. I love reading time travel stories. RETURN by Clare Cinnamon is my latest time travel read.
Story features a couple Ian Kelly and his wife Mawd Kelly living with their kids in New York in the year 2020. On Halloween night, he slipped into the past and discovered more about his wife Mawd who is a Welsh time traveler born in the 14th century. Ian tried to tell Mawd that in 2020 they are a couple living in a trendy apartment. They are the parents of 2 kids. He is 34 years old and she is 29 years old.
Mawd escaped her marriage with Sir Richards in the 14th century. Now, Ian is convincing Mawd to choose him over Sir Richards. He is suggesting that Emma and Sir Richards could be together. Will Mawd be convinced?
Plot of the story is nice. This is a well crafted tale set in New York and Wales. I enjoyed every bit of this story. Cover photo looks decent and the title is perfect. Strong description of the story made me feel like I am witnessing everything with my eyes. Clare has done fabulous work in this time travel story.

I enjoy stories that are set in different timelines. Return by Clare Cinnamon is a wonderful story set in fourteenth century Wales and twenty one century New York. In 2020, Kelly family lives happily. Ian and Mawd Kelly has two beautiful kids, a three years old daughter Lynette and a six weeks old son Macsen. On Oct 30, 2020 they were in their appartment on Grove Street, West Village, New York. But on the Halloween night, Ian tossed into history and discovered more about his time traveler wife Mawd.
In the 14th century, Mawd is fifteen years old. She will be marrying Sir Richards but she didn't want to marry him. Will Ian be able to make her future wife fell in love with him so they can be together in 2020? This story has much in store for the readers. Storytelling skills of the author is flawless. Cover photo is so artistic. It's a fast paced book with amazing writing style. Title is well connected to the story.
Grab this novel right away and travel in time with the timeless characters.
